Shawn had an amazing UFO sighting of a black triangular craft over the highway between Las Vegas and Area 51 in March of 1996. The sighting changed his mind about the origins of these mysterious craft being reported worldwide. He has since had a great interest in these type of sightings in particular and has created a Black Triangle UFOs Facebook page to follow them. Shawn is also interested in a phenomenon called Ice Fall, and is compiling cases on a new website at Megacryometeors.org.

Erica Lukes is a UFO researcher and podcaster. She is the former state director for the Utah chapter of the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) and a MUFON field investigator. She is currently working on a fascinating UFO case reported by an American Airlines pilot. A UFO researcher in Utah first heard the report on HAM radio. Erica and other MUFON investigators then were able to find the audio online and receive an official copy from the FAA via a Freedom of Information Act Request. Nick Pope worked at the UK's Ministry of Defence UFO desk for several years in the 1990s. Since then Nick has remained a UFO expert and has been involved with the release of large batches of UFO files from the UK government. Although they say they have released their files, Nick says there is one more batch to come. Nick was a speaker at the 2016 International UFO Congress, he participated in a panel with Sociologist Ron Westrum, Journalist Lee Speigel, and former Congressman Merril Cook. We talk about that panel and the importance of the participation of a former congressman. We also talk about a panel Nick was involved in that will be part of a movie screening later this week. Chris Aubeck was born in London. His interest in the historical and sociological aspects of unexplained phenomena began at an early age. He moved to Spain aged 19 and after teaching in Cáceres and Madrid for 24 years now lives in Granada. A student of language and folklore, he has helped compile the largest collection of pre-1947 UFO cases in the world through Magonia Exchange, a remarkable collaborative network of librarians, students and scholars of paranormal history. David Marler is a UFO researcher and author. His book Triangular UFOs: An Estimate of the Situation focuses on cases of triangular UFOs that have been reported for decades. However, more recently, Marler has turned his focus on a mass-UFO sighting that took place in Farmington, New Mexico in 1950. Don Meers is an Australian filmmaker who has created and worked on several paranormal documentaries. His latest is called Australien Skies and focuses on UFO witnesses in Australia, including those the film calls "photographic contactees." These are people who believe they get a sense of when a UFO is going to show up and are able to photograph them when they do. One of these individuals, Damien Nott, claims to have the largest collection of UFO photos and videos in the world. We talk to Meers about his experiences while investigating UFO witnesses and what inspired him to make the film. Dave Cote is heading up a team of techies who are planning to launch a UFO hunting satellite into space. Their project is called “CubeSat for Disclosure – Low-Earth Orbit Satellite” and is seeking crowd funding via Indiegogo.com for financing. Thus far they have raised over $11,000 and there are still 24 days left in the campaign. Although their goal is $50,000, they already have enough to launch a small satellite with cameras. We talk to Dave, a software engineer and project manager, about how he got interested in UFOs, and how the satellite project came to be. Lee Speigel is a reporter for the Huffington Post covering UFOs and other non-conventional stories in the Huffington Post's Weird News section. He has been covering the UFO phenomenon since 1975. In this interview we talk about Lee's personal UFO encounter, and a very exciting announcement regarding the 2016 International UFO Congress. Lee will be conducting a live interview on-stage with UFO researcher Jacques Vallée. Lee first met Jacques during the creation of a presentation he organized for the United Nations regarding UFOs in 1978. At that time, Sir Eric Gairy, the Prime Minister of Grenada, was petitioning the UN to develop a department that oversee the worldwide study of the UFO phenomenon.
